Дом находится в окружении хвойных деревьев, отличный здоровый отдых, рядом Воронцовский парк, центр города, остановка автобуса. До моря 15 минут пешком через парк.
На территории есть бассейн и зона барбекю.
Дом сдаётся и полностью и номерами отдельно.
Четыре номера - к каждому отдельный вход.
В каждом номере с/у, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер, двух спальная кровать 160/200.
В двух номерах имеется дополнительный диван, по запросу можем поставить детскую кроватку, детский стульчик для кормления.
Есть парковка для машин.
Готовится: завтрак, обед, ужин, по договоренности.
Услуги массажа по договоренности.
