Advantages:

Комната светлая, чистая, есть все необходимое. Подниматься с набережной до дома можно либо по дороге, но мне было удобнее по лестнице внутри дворов. Не так уж и высоко в реалиях Ялты. Рядом есть магазин, столовая также недалеко. До набережной минут 7 неторопливым шагом. До приморского пляжа минут 12-15, до массандровского чуть дальше. Мне было комфортно и на этом пляже.

Disadvantages:

Плотные шторы в комнате, утром солнце рано
