Аренда посуточно виллы для семейного отдыха "санаторiя"-Ялта, ул. Мухина 1-г, год постройки-2019. Расположена в исторической части Ялты - рядом с пироговским корпусом нии климатологии им. Сеченова (бывшая "санаторiя для чиновъ военнаго ведомства в память 300-лътiя царствованiя дома Романовых"). Две спальни(по 30м2) с санузлами и балконами, гостиная (40м2) с 2-спальным диваном, с санузлом и террасой (25м2). Кухня укомплектована всей бытовой техникой и кухонной утварью. В цоколе-паркинг на 2 авто. Везде кондиционеры, wi-fi, smart-tv.
С 20 мая по 15 сентября -открытый подогреваемый бассейн.
Заезд с 16. 00, выезд -до 12. 00
Видеонаблюдение периметра, отдельная зона bbq. С детьми (цветы жизни! ) приветствуем! Курение - строго на балконах и террасе.
