Advantages:

Просите сразу парковку))). В сезон припарковаться рядом очень проблематично, расположение очень хорошее,есть большой выбор пляжей, центральная набережная недалеко. от Интуриста ходят "тук-туки". Сама квартира просторная, с высокими потолками, с большим балконом. Очень уютно. Спасибо.
