Двухкомнатная квартира с большой кухней только после ремонта(пахнет новым). Вид из окон на две стороны - море и горы(не знаю, что лучше)

Расположиться могут комфортно даже две семьи (при размещении более 4х человек доплата).

На этаже есть специальное комфортное место для курения.

В доме есть салон красоты(на случай похода в театр или свидание). В соседнем доме супермаркет, остановка общественного транспорта прямо у дома (если лень идти с пляжа, подъезжаете с комфортом).

В квартире есть все необходимое для того, чтоб вы почувствовали себя как дома.

Набережная и пляж Приморский парк - 20 минут пешком, 7 минут на машине.
Аквапарк - 15 минут пешком.
Ливадийский дворец- 22 минуты пешком.
