Advantages:

Расположение. Тишина. Удобные кровати. Личный закрытый дворик. Море 3-5минут пешком. Рядом( 1 минута)Театр имени Чехова

Disadvantages:

Это не отдельный дом, а часть дома с отдельным входом и личным двориком. Слышно соседей наверху( мы в данной ситуации для сна включали вентилятор ).. есть мелкие нюансы, которые я озвучила Виталине перед отъездом.
