Очень хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности центральная набережная и пляж " приморский". Добрая и отзывчавая хозяйка. Также рядом много продуктовых магазинов, кофейня с круасанами и очень хорошее и доступное кафе "старик хинкалыч", очень рекомендую и кафе и аппаратаменты.
