Advantages:

Расположение - лучше не придумаешь. Сам дом - роскошный. Было парковочное место, что очень актуально)) в квартире три балкона. Рассвет очень красиво встречается из кухни-гостиной! 🥹 Отдельное спасибо Фёдору за отзывчивость!
