Отличное расположение. Поездки в сторону Массандры на троллейбусе прям перед домом. в сторону Ливадийского дворца, ласточкиного гнезда, Воронцовского дворца с ул. Гоголя на 132 автобусе. Море, центральный пляж, морской вокзал в шаговой доступности.

Advantages:

Окна во двор - тихо, дорогу не слышно. Кондиционер не требуется - всё прикрывает зелень. Автомобиль припарковал тени деревьев. До Приморского (городского) пляжа пешком 5 минут.

Disadvantages:

1. "У нас где-то утечка газа - мастер приходил, не нашёл. Поэтому, уходя из квартиры перекрывайте кран на трубе и открывайте окна" ... OOPS 2. Плесень в ванной.
