Advantages:

Отличная квартира, рядом есть абсолютно все , остановки , магазины , кафешки. До набережной рукой подать. В квартире есть абсолютно все для удобства. Огромный плюс стоянка для машины прям во дворе у входа в квартиру. Двор закрытый , никого чужого, только жильцы. Хозяева очень приятные , ненавязчивые люди. Остались очень довольны.
