Отдельнострящая постройка, примыкающая к дому, уютная небольшая (10 кв. м) с отдельным входом в тихом месте с бамбуковой рощей в центре Ялты для двоих человек. Набережная в 2-х минутах. Квартира с ремонтом. Полноценный душ с санузлом. Магазины, также круглосуточные, рядом. Одинаково идти как на Массандровский пляж, так и Приморский. В квартире всё необходимое есть. Кондиционер, стиралка и т. д. Двухъярусная кровать. Парковка вдоль улицы. Улица тупиковая, поэтому тихо и спокойно. Ждём!
