Расположение и вид, тишина, пение птиц, так как именно этого и хотелось) Есть парковка и большой продуктовый магазин недалеко. Удобно расставлена мебель в комнате-студии, порадовал круглый обеденный стол.

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы больше полотенец, не по одному большому.
