Advantages:

Кровать круглая, очень большая, удобная, но она занимает полностью всю комнату)) Санузел очень маленький, плюс трубопровод так устроен, что соседи сверху ходят в свой туалет, а мы как будто в наш). С парковкой жопа, встать рядом нельзя, нас запаковали не очень далеко, но за деньги... Попу везде покачать придётся, но в целом норм)
