Advantages:

Очень уютная комната, всё необходимое для временного проживания есть, шикарный балкон с видом на море, новый ЖК. Расположен на горке, пешком вниз до набережной Ялты 25-30 минут, обратно на такси или электрокар (150 руб с чел), ну ли пешочком в гору. Очень хорошая хозяйка, всегда на связи, любой вопрос или помощь - очень оперативно ответит. Рекомендую к проживанию Недостатков не нашли, всё отлично
