Просторная, уютная, чистая, двухкомнатная квартира, расположена в историческом центре Ялты в пяти минутах от Пушкинского бульвара и набережной, приморского пляжа. Вся инфраструктура рядом: супермаркеты, магазины, детская площадка, бювет с минеральной водой, театр чехова и концертный зал юбилейный. Квартира с отдельным входом и своим небольшим двором в котором можно посидеть покурить, выпить чашечку кофе под виноградной беседкой. Возле дома под окном есть свое парковочное место. В квартире две изолированные спальни, в каждой двуспальная кровать с ортопедическим хорошим матрасом, кондиционер и телевизоры в каждой комнате. На кухне -столовой ( гостиной) есть удобный двуспальный раскладной диван, обеденный стол, газовая плита, микроволновая печь, электрочайник, утюг, фен, большой телевизор, интернет, стиральная машина, вся кухонная посуда. Санузел просторный с ванной и туалетом. В зимнее время в квартире тепло и комфортно, автономное отопление: теплый пол, батареи. В летнее время работают кондиционеры. Квартира чистая и ухоженная, после каждых гостей проводится тщательная уборка. Всегда рады гостям, ждем вас в нашем уютном доме!
