Advantages:

Квартира с интересным расположением комнат, ярусная, уютная, хороший ремонт. Все чисто. Близко к набережной. До ближайшего магазина 5 минут пешком. В шаговой доступности кафе, аптеки. Автономное отопление (можно самому корректировать температуру). Новое постельное бельё. Хорошие одеяла. В общем всё понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы больше посуды (салатницу, ещё одну сковородку). Поменять или добавить лампочки, для высоких потолков, слишком тусклый свет.
