4-е спальных места. Апартамент выполнен в едином стиле, по проекту дизайн-студии. Полностью укомплектован встроенной бытовой техникой и комплектами посуды.

Закрытая территория - 3 Га. Доступ по электронным ключам. Огромный, подогреваемый бассейн с джакузи + детский бассейн. Тренажерный зал.

В перспективе, свой ресторан и супермаркет. На территории, детские и спортивные площадки, "панда - парк", эксплуатируемые, видовые кровли. Территория очень зелёная: кипарисы, ливанские кедры, пальмы, пихты, множество кустарников и цветов.

До пляжа - 20 минут пешком. К сезону 2026г., будут курсировать электрокары (комплекс - пляж и обратно).

Рядом: "Артек", "Медведь гора", урочище "Гора Болгатура", Гурзуфский парк, рестораны, кафе. Очень уютное и атмосферное место.
