Два яруса. Первый этаж-кухня, санузел, душ. Второй - большая комната с двуспальной кроватью и раскладным односпальным диваном. Есть огражденный дворик с столиком и стульями. Максимальная загрузка 3 человека. Находится в районе кинотеатра "Спартак". Центр города. До моря 5-10 минут ходьбы по самому красивому Пушкинскому бульвару. Рядом находятся круглосуточные магазины, рынок, кафе и рестораны. Недалеко две платные парковки для автомобиля. Можно оставить автомобиль возле общего двора. Цены на проживания регулируются в зависимости от месяца приезда. На 2-3 дня бронируем только в случае "окна" между за селениями и в не высокий сезон (с июля по сентябрь только более трех дней).
Расчетный час - 12:00.
Возможна длительная аренда с 01.10 текущего года по 01.06. следующего года по 20 000 рублей в месяц+ коммуналка. Уборка в квартире - по выезду.
Залог в размере стоимости проживания за 1 сутки.
Предпочтительное время заезда: 12:00 час.
