Апартаменты расположены в ядре центра города. Это первый дом на Набережной. До моря 50м, до пляжа 200м, до транспортной развязки 100м, до ближайшего гастронома 5м, до ближайшего кафе 1м, до столовой 60м, до ночного клуба 20м, вокруг бутики, магазины, экскурсии и др.

Но самое большое достоинство наших апартаментов - это то, что несмотря на то, что дом расположен в самом оживленном месте Ялты, в квартире тихо, спокойно и уютно. Достигается такой комфорт уникальностью постройки дома - стены метровой толщины, высоченные потолки (почти 5м высотой) и удачным разворотом дома к Набережной.
