Мы сделали большой ремонт, бережно сохранив то, что дошло до нас из того далекого времени-печи, деревянные полы, двери, лепные детали потолка, предметы мебели, старые рисунки.. Всё привели в порядок, оснастили современным оборудованием, удобными кроватями с ортопедическими матрасами, красивым и качественным постельным бельем. Окна поменяли на пластиковые. Светлые комнаты с высокими потолками в винтажном стиле ждут вас. В доме два апартамента: малый на 3х человек с внутренним двором и большой до 6х человек с видом на горы.

Центральная и Приморская набережная - 950м (15-20 минут).
Центр ( ул. Пушкинская, к/т Спартак, рынок, супермаркет) 7-10 минут пешком.
Ливадия в 2-х км.

Апартаменты сдаются круглый год.
