Advantages:

Очень хорошее расположение квартиры, для активного туриста, Рядом автовокзал, отправление во все стороны Крыма, магазины в доме и рядом, рынок. До набережной 10 минут неспешным шагом по ровной местности. Хорошее жилье. Вид из окна впечатляющий, на горы. Сергей адекватный хозяин. организовал недорогой трансфер при встрече из аэропорта Симферополя, доставил и проводил на автовокзале, на просьбы при необходимости отзывался сразу.

Disadvantages:

Московская улица с очень оживленным трафиком, поэтому шумная, но при закрытых окнах и включенном кондиционере в квартире очень комфортно.
