Advantages:

Квартира находится в старой Ялте. 5 мин до Набережной и Пляжа Массандра. Квартира только отремонтирована состояние хорошее. ТВ качественное все есть. Перебоев с водой нет. Доступность магазинов Пуд, Корзина и Черноморец, возле центрального рынка Яблоко.
