Сдам очаровательный коттедж "Le lavandу" ("лавандовый дом"), выполненный в стиле "Прованс" для двоих. В распоряжении гостей две террасы сада и собственный вход. Сад украшает пара индийских павлинов, которые спускаются в него погулять. Центральная часть города, рядом с армянской церковью. До набережной и пляжной зоны 15 минут пешком. Коттедж оборудован всем необходимым для отдыха, возможно поселение с животными(обговаривается заранее за доплату), "le lavandу", окружён собственной зелёной территорией.
Внимание: доплата за уборка 2000 руб одноразово, если нужен мангал то будет доплата за пользование мангалом (дрова уголь и инструмент выдаю)

Advantages:

Отличное расположение, собственный садик с верандой. Фазаны, ежики и прочее! Виталий суперхозяин! Очень помог нам в трудной ситуации. Все в пешей доступности.

Disadvantages:

Достаточно крутая лестница на входе - для некоторых это возможно будет проблемой. И еще учтите - санузел по сути находится в шкафу. Соответственно, никакой звукоизоляции и так далее.
