Advantages:

Рядом с набережной и круглосуточным супермаркетом. Вокруг много зелени.

Disadvantages:

Негде было сушить постиранные вещи, сушилка на улице была постоянно занята. В ванной не было ни коврика или полотенца для ног, ни подставки для зубных щеток. Т.к. номер на первом этаже, то приходилось всегда закрывать жалюзи - возле номера была проходная зона. Рассчитывала, что буду по утрам пить кофе на свежем воздухе возле номера, но именно у нашего не было уличных кресел и опять же - проходная зона...
