Рядом всё, что нужно для отдыха!!! Столовые кафе, набережная 2 минуты! Парковка! Магазины сувениров. Это прям самый цент Ялты!!! Чисто, Аккуратно, приветливые хозяева. Отличный вид из лоджии. Зона для курения.

Disadvantages:

Хозяйка не отвечает вовремя на сайте и проблемы с подтверждением брони! Адрес указан не верно.
