Advantages:

Неплохое расположение, без горок. Рядом район Спартак. Остановка общественного транспорта.

Disadvantages:

В комнате нет окна, вернее оно выходит на кухню, поэтому в комнате душно и сыро, единственный способ проветрить - открыть дверь, мимо которой все ходят. Везде пауки и паутина, в душе- плесень, на ковре кошачья шерсть, хотя хозяйка вроде убиралась в других сдаваемых ею комнатах, видимо мне так "повезло".
