Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, все рядом. Возможна парковка во дворе, но с элементами тетриса.

Disadvantages:

Есть моменты, требующие внимания: в шкафу -купе появляется плесень. Нет москиток, не понял смысл расположения кондиционера на кухне а не в спальне.

Advantages:

Очень хорошее расположение, 100м до пляжа, на первом этаже магазин где можно купить все. 2 балкона, на одном мангал. Вид на море. ⁸

Disadvantages:

В комплекте нет кондиционера, только на кухне. Около кровати нет розетки для зарядки телефона.
