Современный ремонт, светлая и уютная квартира, расположенная в первой линии масандровского пляжа, возле спуска на последний сектор пляжа. В квартире есть все необходимое, мебель, техника, посуда, также есть открытая видовая терраса с местом для отдыха. Одна спальня полностью изолированная, она находится на первом этаже, на втором этаже вторая комната-студия с видом на море с выходом на террасу. Наличие парковки уточняете пожалуйста отдельно.
