Advantages:

Очень уютное и чистое место. Отдохнуть и расслабиться самое оно. Жирный плюсище - очень тихо, можно отлично выспаться. В номере чисто и красиво, есть все необходимое. Хозяева приветливые. Короче, нам очень понравилось, жаль что раньше не знали про это место. А, еще плюс - рядом есть супермаркеты (один даже круглосуточный), недалеко рынок. Так что локация - супер, обязательно вернемся еще. А, и да -есть где запарковать авто, так что не будет проблемы, где же поставить машину (как часто бывает в Ялте)
