Advantages:

Очень удобное расположение дома, в семи минут ходьбы до набережной Ялты. Квартира светлая, чистая, новый ремонт, все удобства. На территории дома большая беседка с мангальной зоной, летняя кухня, зона отдыха, детям есть где побегать, плюс качелька на территории дома. Добрые отзывчивые хозяева. Всё супер, всё устроила на 5+: )
