Номер состоит из гостиной, совмещенной с кухней, и санузла с душем. При входе в номер — отдельная открытая площадка с садовой мебелью.

От коттеджа до моря — всего 3 минуты ходьбы с учетом лестницы.

Пляж санатория «Ай-Петри» большой, благоустроенный, пляжная зона широкая, дно чистое, без валунов. На пляже много развлечений для детей – и детская игровая площадка в теневой зоне, и аниматоры, проводятся мастер-классы. Пользование инфраструктурой пляжа санатория «Ай-Петри» осуществляется за дополнительную плату.
