В квартире есть двухспальная кровать и раскладной диван.
В 20-ти минутах ходьбы находится мисхорский парк, набережная «Русалка», бесплатный пляж.
В противоположной стороне находится Воронцовский дворец.
В пяти-семи минутах от дома есть галечные пляжи санаториев: «Ай-Петри», «Белоруссия», «Мисхор». Также рядом есть магазинчики, кафе, бары и небольшой рыночек.
