Квартира после ремонта (использовались только экологически чистые материалы), стены утеплены (летом прохладно даже без включения кондиционера), проточный фильтр питьевой воды, чистая, без запахов, ничего лишнего, но все необходимое для комфортного проживания есть, в хорошем месте, первая линия, до моря 300 метров вдоль горного ручья и через "Мисхорский" парк, в тени тропических деревьев и кустарников.
