Просторная квартира со всеми удобствами. Вид на море. Мансардный этаж. Тишина и уединение. Балкон и веранда. Дополнительное спальное место на веранде. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Мисхорский парк через дорогу. До пляжа 5 мин. До Воронцовского дворца 30 мин. пешком, до Юсуповского 10 мин. Ласточкино гнездо 10 мин. автобусом. Магазины рядом. Гараж по договоренности. Не берем с маленькими детьми, т.к. веранда.

Advantages:

Все соответствует представленным фото. Очень удобное расположение, буквально несколько минут, и ты в прекрасном Мисхорском парке. Очень близко до пляжей, в том числе пляжа санатория Ай-Петри, где прекрасная новая набережная, на пляже есть кабинки для переодевания и души с пресной водой. Советую! Продуктовые магазины и овощные лавки тоже очень близко. В общем, мне очень понравилось, особенно классно самые жаркие часы провести на отличном просторном балконе, в тени. И большое спасибо хозяйке за уют и отзывчивость!!!
