Advantages:

Красивый вид с балкона, на море

Disadvantages:

Не очень чисто, телевизор работал через раз, часто зависал, хозяин посоветовал проверить провод, который отходил при каждом открывании холодильника, так как телевизор стоял на нем. В ванной комнате нет резетки, некуда было включить фен.
