До моря 360 м, 7–8 мин пешком через «Мисхорский» парк до обновлённого галечного чистейшего пляжа «Русалка».

В квартире всё для комфортного и уютного отдыха: бойлер, интернет, спутниковое ТВ, холодильник, кондиционер, стиральная машинка, утюг, посуда и мебель. Вода горячая постоянно.
