Advantages:

Отличный вариант видового жилья. Большая веранда, обширный обзор. Всё необходимое для жизни в квартире имеется. Но есть маленькое но..., Квартира исключительно для семейной пары, максимум с одним ребёнком. Сама квартира не больших размеров. Но здесь, как говориться, кому что... Хозяин контактный и доброжелательный. На возникающие проблемы реагирует оперативно. Данный вариант обязательно сохраняю в избранном, так как это мой самый излюбленный район в Крыму.

Disadvantages:

Подъем по лестнице. 5 этаж. Но это плата за видовое расположение)

Advantages:

Великолепный вид с террасы, все есть для комфортного пребывания, очень приятно позавтракать на террасе, а также позагорать. Очень отзывчивый хозяин, рекомендую для отдыха в Кореизе.
