Cовременная кухня с двухкомфорочной электроплитой,микроволновкой, холодильником, различной посудой, кастрюлями, сковородами, всеми необходимыми для хозяйки приборами, плазменным TV и Wi-Fi)) Здесь же двуспальная кровать размером 160/180 и односпальная кровать размером 90/180, кондиционер, для удобства проживания гладильная доска и утюг. Совмещенный санузел- душ, холодная и горячая вода постоянно.
До моря пешком 10 минут. До парка Воронцова и Дворца-10мин на машине, до памятника архитектуры и истории Ласточкино Гнездо 2 км., 5 минутах мини-маркет. В 20 мин ходьбы развлекательный центр с боулингом, бильярдом, кинотеатром, канатной дорогой на гору Ай -Петри. Кафе с живой музыкой находятся на набережной Мисхорского парка. Цена зависит от месяца. Добро пожаловать.
