Advantages:

Замечательная квартира. Полностью соответствует фото. Для проживания всё есть. Отдельный вход. Квартира не жаркая, кондиционером практически не пользовались. Приветливые хозяева. Все возникшие проблемы сразу решили. Есть отдельная площадка для барбекю.

Disadvantages:

Плохо работал холодильник, но хозяйка обещала устранить проблему. Техника иногда ломается.
