Комната чистая, уютная. Хозяева доброжелательные. В комнате не было ничего сломано. Рядом с домом продуктовые магазины. В 10-15 минутах на автобусе Ай-Петри. Хозяйка довозит до моря и забирает обратно. На машине минут 5 до моря и далее, пешком 5 минут до самого моря через спуск.
