Advantages:

Чисто. Есть выход на крышу свободный. Удобное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Мало розеток, чайник приходилось кипятить на полу. Нет вешалок в санузле. Интерьер внутри выглядит куда более «уставшим», чем здание снаружи.

Advantages:

Прекрасный дом, уютные номера, шикарный вид из окна. Можно поставить машину во дворе. Особый плюс за балкончик. Чисто, уютно, тихо.

Disadvantages:

До моря лучше спускаться на машине, если пешком, то минут двадцать. Вай-фай плохо работал, вообще в Крыму интернет не быстрый, мягко говоря.
