На территории дома есть бассейн общего пользования (без подогрева!!!)

Парковки возле дома на данный момент нет. До ближайшей бесплатной парковки около 5 минут пешком,но там не всегда есть места.

Размещение до 5 человек

Дом очень удачно расположен:
600 м - от пляжа санатория «Морской прибой» - «Ай-Петри» ;
150 м – от канатной дороги
600 м – от Мисхорского парка .

До ближайшего пляжа около 10-15 минут пешком.

Обратно- 15-20 минут пешком,т.к. необходимо подниматься вверх.
Рядом магазины,кафе,транспортная развязка.
