Advantages:

Тишина. Чистый воздух. Уютно. Есть детская площадка. Доброжелательные соседи! Красивые парки не далеко. Близко магазины круглосуточно. Квартира уютная. Есть горячая вода всегда. Все работает. Спасибо все понравилось.

Disadvantages:

С непривычки тяжело в гору с коляской идти.
