На берегу моря. Красивый панорамный вид из окон в пол. Уютные, прекрасно оформленные, апартаменты со всем необходимым.

Disadvantages:

Неудобно выбираться из комплекса - не ходит общественный транспорт-или в Ялту по набережной 20 мин пешком или на такси.
