Advantages:

Приехали поздно вечером. Спасибо большое, заселили без проблем. Приветливый хозяин отеля, общительный. Постельное бельё чистое, комплект полотенец. Кровати с удобными матрасами. В номере есть телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник. Рядом кафе, я бы сказала ресторан. Уютная обстановка, неплохое меню.

Disadvantages:

Отельчик требует хотя бы косметического ремонта. Всё уже немного подустало: мебель, двери. Но больше всего удивил душ. Кран и сливное отверстие по пути к туалету. Хотелось бы хоть какой-то поддон. Вода растекается по всему помещению, в туалет потом по ней же шлёпать.
