Advantages:

Жили там с семьёй из 4 чел. (2 взрыв. 2ребенка) с 01. 10-06. 10. Нам все понравилось! Фото соответствуют реальности. До набережной шли пешком за 30 минут, на такси 10 мин. Рядом есть магазины, кафе, парк Ливадийский рядом. Вид с балкона замечательный)
