Advantages:

Условия проживания хорошие, пляж отличный, народу мало. Рядом Никитский ботанический сад, можно приятно провести время.

Disadvantages:

Пляж в 30 мин. ходьбы, в жару трудновато возвращаться.

Advantages:

Очень уютная квартира со всей необходимой техникой. Рядом есть небольшие рынок и магазинчик, в которых есть большинство востребованных продуктов. Чистое море и хорошие пляжи.

Disadvantages:

Общественный транспорт ходит редко(иногда раз в час, особенно вечером) => могут возникнуть проблемы с поездками(например в Ялту). Рекомендую узнать телефон такси. До моря придется спускаться и подниматься 20 минут (если вы без машины). В жару это особенно сложно, зато накачаете ноги :).
