Сдается просторный коттедж, расположен в заповедном лесу, море в 1 километре, 15 минут по заповеднику пешком. Можно подъехать и на машине. Пляжи комфортные, чистая вода, есть также парковка, кафе. Место очень тихое, рядом поселок с инфраструктурой, а также Никитский ботанический сад. Есть дворик и мангал. До Ялты 10 км. Дом сдается от 3 суток.

Advantages:

Отличный просторный дом, всё понравилось. До пляжа только на машине, спускаться ещё куда не шло, но вот подъем просто убивает.
