Advantages:

Удобное место недалеко от Никитского ботанического сада. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Для проживания есть все необходимое: посуда, холодильник и т.д. Для готовки хозяева предлагают мультиварку, но хотелось бы все-таки маленькую плитку. Отличный вид с веранды. Единственный ощутимый минус - в округе нет места для парковки автомобиля. Бойлер маловат: быстро горячая вода заканчивается. Но летом это, наверно, не так важно.
