Сдам свои апартаменты с видом на море и горы в живописном уголке Крыма, ореанда, рядом с домом проходит «царская тропа» по которой туристы могут прогуляться, насладится красивейшими видами с смотровых площадок на весь южный берег и выйти к ливадийскому дворцу, в 5 минутах езды «золотой пляж» множество spa, в 7 минутах езды на машине находится центральная набережная ялты с ее множеством развлечений, ресторанов, кафе, магазинов, супермаркетов и тд
В апартаментах сделал дизайнерский ремонт для себя, итальянская сантехника gessi, antoniolupi, мебель бельгия, кухня германия, со всей современной техникой, автономное отопление с тёплым полом, есть подземный паркинг, терраса с садовой мебелью, все для комфортного проживания, повторюсь изначально делалось для себя, а не для сдачи, по этому не экономил на ремонте!!!
